An ideal solution for load transport, often performing functions that would otherwise require overhead cranes or forklifts.

Our carts feature a robust, modular design and are available in a wide range of capacities and dimensions.

At JASO, we design and manufacture all our transfer carts, allowing us to adapt them to each client’s specific needs.

All our transfer carts are equipped with comprehensive safety features for ground-level machine movements, including electronic and mechanical components, safety scanners, load-sensing bumpers, emergency push buttons, horns, and visual and audible operation signals.

OMNIDIRECTIONAL
TRANSFER CARTS

We develop and manufacture omnidirecional transfer carts that can hold between 1 and 60 tonnes as standard, and higher capacities at customers’ requests. They use batteries. They can move freely across smooth floors, both inside and outside the warehouse.

Batteries can be lead acid or lithium type.

There are three different movement settings: one steer axle, two steer axles and with bogies (free movement).

RAIL GUIDED POWERED
TROLLEYS

We design and manufacture rail-guided carts (for straight movements) with capacities ranging from 1 ton to 500 tons, featuring various types of power supply. Our designs accommodate any type of rail. They are electrically driven with electronic control and equipped with AC electric motors.
