Features

• Compact hoists with hoisting and travel inverters for smooth and silent starting, and closed-loop vector control for maximum safety and precision.
• DC brakes that reduce wear.
• The hook block and hook, made of forged alloy steel, are mounted on a thrust bearing and a crosshead of the same material, with a safety latch to prevent slings from slipping out.
• The drum is made of fully machined rolled steel according to FEM regulations.
• The rope guide, made of breakage and wear-resistant nodular cast iron, consists of two pieces for easy assembly, with a spring that keeps the rope taut during the lifting and lowering of loads.
• High-resistance ropes, IP-55 junction box, adjustable speeds, reliable external encoder and multi-voltage electrical solution offer versatility and durability.
• A design 36 % more compact than the N series that does not protrude from the trolley frame for better approaches.
