Features

• Hoist with double-winding squirrel-cage brake motor, IP 55 protected and tropicalized, with additional options available upon request.
• Includes electromagnetic brake with instantaneous action when the current stops.
• In-house designed hoisting gearbox, consisting of gears mounted on bearings in a hermetically sealed oil bath.
• The drum is made of fully machined rolled steel according to FEM regulations.
• The rope guide, made of breakage and wear-resistant nodular cast iron, consists of two pieces for easy assembly, with a spring that keeps the rope taut during the lifting and lowering of loads.
• The load limiter with a mechanical microswitch complies with the machinery safety directive.
• The hook block and hook, made of forged alloy steel, are mounted on a thrust bearing and a crosshead of the same material, with a safety latch to prevent slings from slipping out.
• The limit switch, operated by the rope guide, limits the movement of the hook at the extreme positions.
• Optionally, it can be equipped with a hoisting inverter, true vertical lift, different trolley configurations, hook height, below-the-hook elements, single, double, ball or motorized hooks, adjustable speeds and a 1/6 hoisting speed ratio.
