Charging cranes operate over the steel mill furnace, supporting, tilting, and transporting ladles filled with molten steel. This is a task where precision and safety are crucial, in addition to the high work cycles they endure. These cranes can be configured in working groups up to A8 / M8. Features

  • Cranes designed in accordance with Performance Level D, ensuring intensive and reliable operation.
  • They feature redundancies in planetary gear systems, multiple motors, backup drives, and regenerative braking. Configurations can be adapted to the process, including four-girder or three-girder designs, double trolleys, or underhung girders.
  • They include heat and flame protection, as well as crossbeam systems with special hooks.
  • Advanced electrical solutions, emergency modes, remote control, automation, weighing, and lubrication systems ensure efficiency and safety in every operation.
