For precast concrete factories, we supply cranes that operate within the concrete curing and component production process. In addition, we install gantries with autonomous generator units which, operating in tandem, handle bridge and roadway segments up to 20 meters long and weighing up to 100 tonnes—components that are later used in infrastructure and highway projects worldwide.
Regarding the tunnel construction industry, we highlight our extensive experience with launching gantries for delivering segments to tunnel boring machines and storage gantries that manage materials coming from precast factories for later installation inside the tunnel. With working groups up to M8, long hook travels, and capacities up to 120 tonnes, these cranes, together with the tunnel boring machine, are the most critical and must operate 24/7 with complete reliability to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
