WHAT DATA DOES SMARTLINK PROVIDE?

  • Safe Operating Period (SOP)
  • Graphs of weight records and load spectra:
    • Load spectra (Qs)
    • Machine group (As)
    • Tons moved per day
    • Daily usage time
    • Daily overload time
  • Geographical location
  • Score – Reliability index of different indicators. Our software assigns an overall score to a crane or a set of cranes based on the following indicators:
    • Safe Operating Period (SOP)
    • Intended use
    • Overloads
    • Handling
    • Idle time
    • Data quality

  • Crane mechanism graphs:
    • Load spectrum (Qs)
    • Machine group (As)
    • Tons moved per day
    • Daily usage time
    • Daily overload time
  • Score – Mechanism reliability index. Based on the same indicators as the overall crane score.

  • End of Safe Operating Period (SOP)
  • Detected handling
  • Missing data
  • Weather alarms

CRANEBOT
FLEXIBLE ROBOTIC CRANE

Cranebot is an innovative patented technology developed together with Tecnalia, combining the advantages of intelligent cranes and parallel cable robotics to enable the automation of industrial processes.

Cable-driven parallel robotics offers the best solution for optimizing operations in large spaces.

DIFFERENT AUTOMATION LEVELS BASED ON INDUSTRY

Thanks to cable-driven robots, it is possible to achieve full control over the position and orientation of the load, with high movement precision and load handling without oscillations in direction or orientation.

  • Easy installation. No major modifications to the building are required.
  • High productivity. Fast response time and capable of high-speed movements.
  • Versatile and multitasking. Can be used for complex handling tasks across multiple sectors, both for horizontal and vertical operations.
  • Reduced maintenance.
  • Suitable for users with limited space. Columns are placed in the corners, and the rest of the system does not require floor space.
  • No load sway. Components are securely held by eight cables from different directions.
  • Highly modular. Can be mounted on a fixed structure or on a double bridge crane.

  • Crane integrated into a warehouse management system
  • Comprehensive warehouse management system, linked to the plant production platform
  • Material input via manual data entry, QR code scanning, etc.
  • Material input and output tables

  • Crane control from the office in manual, semi-automatic, or automatic modes
  • Management of material entry into pits: control of gates, traffic lights, etc.
  • Pit transfer and space optimization through automatic slope creation
  • Optimization of grab filling using floating crane movements
